Work of Leaders ® Profile

This DiSC ®-based profile measures leadership according to the book "The 8 Dimensions of Leadership".   This profile has a developmental framework attached to a DiSC® presentation.  In other words, this profile provides the respondent with his or her DiSC® profile. Then, building upon that, it provides the respondent his or her leadership style based upon the leadership model provided in the book, "The 8 Dimensions of Leadership".

When you purchase this product, you are purchasing an access code to take the profile.

NOTE:  you will NOT get the access code immediately.    Once your payment is processed the following sequence will occur:

Once payment is processed, a message will be sent to storekeeper@insightdelight.com.    The Storekeeper will submit your request to the on-line system that supports Inscape Publishing's on-line profile system.   An email will be immediately generated and sent to you from EPIC.   That email will have your access code, a link for the survey, as well as instructions for taking the survey.

In a hurry?  Two solutions:

Email storekeeper@insightdelight.com to alert the store that you have sent an order and want expedited handling (Routine handling is usually same-day or next day if order is received late in the day. ).   Your processed payment will generate an email to storekeeper@insightdelight.com and will be handled as soon as possible. You are strongly encouraged and advised to buy the book "The 8 Dimensions of Leadership" here at Insightdelight.com.  You may also buy the book at Amazon.com.  The book will provide rich context that will help you - or the respondent - mine the profile for its richness.

NOTE:  you do not have to buy the book in order to gain benefit of the profile. The Work of Leaders ® Profile is self-contained.  It provides an explanation of the 8 Dimensions of Leadership model.  It also provides development continua that show the respondent's placement in relationship with industry best practices in leadership.  The gap indicates areas of improvement!
